Bug reports

Bug reports can be sent by e-mail to Tolvan Data.

 

If you report a bug, please have the following in mind.

If possible:

-Include a way to consistently reproduce the bug. This is not always possible, but if you succed, the chance of finding the problem is much greater.

-Include version number of the product, which can be found in the “about” box.

-Include operating system version (e.g.Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP)

-If you have “System information” installed (usually under Start|accessories|system tools), please save your system configuration to an .nfo file and attach it to the e-mail. This might help me finding the problem.
